This is an amazing Brazilian movie. I would definitely recommend it. It's about two boys growing up in a voilent neighbourhood.

I loved this film, when it first came out. I went to see it in an English cinema and got pretty annoyed by the subtitles considering, I am fluent in Portuguese. I rented it out in DVD soon after, and watched it a few times. I loved the camera angles in this movie, the script was a bit far fetched but, I can understand it's story, as it's true in many parts of the world.

Definetly a classic!!

Talk about a tour-de-force.

One of the greatest movies ever made, in any country.
