JENNIFER ANISTON and OWEN WILSON will co-star in 'Marley & Me,' a comedy based on the bestselling memoir by JOHN GROGAN, according to Daily Variety.

Grogan, a Philadelphia Inquirer columnist, adopted a yellow Labrador retriever with his wife to get a taste of parenthood before they had kids, and the pooch turned out to be quite the handful -- but ultimately an indispensable part of the family.

The hyperactive dog was kicked out of obedience school and got even worse when the couple began to have children.

"Entourage" and 'The Devil Wears Prada' director DAVID FRANKEL will helm the project, which is expected to begin production early next year.
