Keanu Reeves
It's my opinion that this guy is a terrible actor. I used to really hate him but recently a few of his movies appear as if he can act...somewhat. I really did enjoy Constantine and of course Matrix was decent. He just seems unable to be himself in a movie..which is the same Ted from years ago in Bill and Teds excellent adventure. He can't deliver lines to save his life. One movie he absolutely ruined...Dracula with Gary Oldman. Oldman was phenomonal and here he was with the schmuck who had a terrible accent. He was obviously there as the pretty face.

I look at Keanu in much the same way as I look at Kevin Costner... they're both much too wooden for most roles, so keep them in roles without much speaking like Secret Service agents or depressed widowers.

who ever said he was a good actor?? he got lucky that Bill and Ted was ever a hit and then lucky again with Speed and a then unknown leading lady and then the Matrix took off. He has been in some good movies, but also A TON of duds.
Personally I liked Constantine, but we could list 20 terrible movies he has been in. I think he is an average actor at best.

He is a horrible actor, and I also agree that he couldnt do a pro job to save his life.. and like TVDinner said.. he did have his good roles though.. and personally I think the matrix worked well with him as the actor for Neo.. because that movie is still one of my top fav, just the 2nd and 3rd are very dull compared to the first to ME..
but ya.. hes got his good and bads.. but then again.. thats life in general.. we all do good and bad at some point in time

I could have sworn I replied to this already but - I've got a sock puppet in my kid's play room - it nearly beat out Keanu for his last role. And the name... Keanu... just plain silly.

I would disagree, I think when he did bill and ted... his acting was horrible. Now he has matured and done roles that are much better. His acting may not be the best, but it has come a long way from before.
