OK - this one is OK, but just OK at best.
Basically military forces get their butt kicked by the nuclear mutants in the mountain tunnels and hills, but they fight back, win a few rounds, and a few of them actually live, but the ending shows that there will probably be a 3rd installment.

These movies are really not scary, only rarely even gross, and IMO unoriginal.

The first was far more superior. Part 2 had a bad storyline and wasn't anywhere near the quality of the first one. I was very dissappointed.
