Okay - now this might get me in trouble but -
These sappy, silly, repetitive weep-fests really irk me. Why am I going to spend 2 hours watching a movie that makes every man look like either
a. a cheating lout that abuses his wife and yada yada yada or
b. provides a notion that every man should leave trails of rose petals to the bed and send flowers every 15 minutes because of this or that -

I dunno maybe I'm a guy who's insensitive and not in touch with that part of my psyche...maybe my mommy didn't love me enough - but jeeze -
