Proof of Life. I really enjoyed it. It was entertaining, though the movie doesn't really have any socioeconomic value.

I don't know. He (Jude Law) actually played a couple of very different characters and he played well. It's not inconceivable that he can gain weight, build up muscle and get ready for Gladiator role.

A Beautiful Mind is one of my all time favorite movies. You had no clue he was sick until almost the end. I have watched that movie at least 15 times!

Was Jude Law originally supposed to play Maximus? How did Law come into this thread? Surprised

But seeing how he's already here, I'll offer my opinion. I don't think Law can pull off Gladiator, because everything he says sounds sexual. Kinda like how Anthony Hopkins can read a phone book and sound deadly serious. Laughing

Oh, I don't know. Many ladies are quite fond of Jude Law (like some men are quite fond of Keira Knightley Surprised ), and maybe one of them was here; she just had to mention his name in every sentence (like some men have to mention Keira Knightley in every sentence Surprised ).

Ah okay. I didn't know there were any women on this board. My mistake.

From that perpective, I guess I can understand. It just seemed a little strange how Jude Law popped out of nowhere. Wink

Ofc, I went to see on live act in the capital, it was amazing. As for the Russell Crowe I think he's a good actor but he's less on good roles.

Master and Commander! My family will never get tired of the "lesser of two weevils" line. Smile

I read that as "Poof" of life. I think I need to go to bed... Rolling Eyes

But yeah, I enjoyed the film.
