I don't see much (or any?) discussion about those "Made for TV" type movies/films! Do they have a place here?

I thought of several that I love but then realized they were before my time and originally came out in the big screen! Such as... Sound of Music, Ten Commandments... etc...etc...

Are there any truly Made for TV movies worth mentioning??

I'm having trouble thinking of a movie that is worth mentioning, but there have been some great miniseries made for TV. There have probably been good TV movies, but none come to mind right now. I'll be interested to hear others' suggestions.
