I might watch it if it receives praiseworthy reviews. I'm usually not a major fan of 3D animation, unless it's by Pixar or the fellas behind Wallace & Gromit.
I heard Steve Carrell was cast as the voice of a squirrel, but I don't perceive Carrell as highly as others do. Looks fun on the commercials, but it's by Dreamworks, and they're nowhere near as consistent as Pixar.

It was a fun, fun film. It certainly had action and the humor you might expect of a Pixar film - seems Dreamworks animation department has taken some cues from the master at Pixar. Well worth a watch.

OMG! This is one of my favorite movies. When I saw it, I had no idea who any of the voices were, but they were all great. I fell in love with Hammy (the squirrel) and didn't even know that Steve Carrell did the voice. I don't know if I like the actor or not, but I loved his voice in this movie! Hysterical and the whole movie pokes fun at humans and HOA's. If anyone is in an HOA, they can "get" the humor there!
It's just a great movie for adults and kids alike. I highly recommend this movie!! Oh, and it's MUCH better than Madagascar!
