It was fluff. I dove in expecting an authentic romantic comedy. Someone had actually told me the Farellys were behind it. Upon enduring the cruelty, it turned out it was the Coen Brothers, not the Farelly Brothers.

Not to mention, I always thought Fargo was hugely overrated.

I kind of like Fargo and I can see its attraction, although it's not exactly my favorite movie.
