The website darkhorizons have posted what looks to be a legit plot summary for Spider-Man 3.

Though there have been rumors around Venom and the hint-confirmation with the promo image, the site seems to think the villain is for certain.

I think it could be legit. Or at least it certainly follows how the comics went, but I don't know if they will include all those villains in one movie.
