I just love the quack quack sound. they are using that now on the Howard Stern show for Eric the Midget whenever he is on.
It is a pretty good movie. I always laugh pretty hard

Was this the movie about some people who looked like aliens lol ? As I barely remember it.

No, it was about rather ugly aliens who come to Earth able to say only the word "ack", and either from wacky cultural misunderstandings or from inherent belligerence, they start frying everyone with death rays and perform bizarre experiments.
