It was one of the first movies I remember seeing as a child! Even my baby brother paid rapt attention to the screen.

My Dad saw it overseas before it was released in the US (the first one). He called and told my mother not to let any of us see it until he came home, so he could see it with us. Luckily we didn't know or care about it, or it might have been tough to wait.  I grew up with the original three and did stand in line to see Return of the Jedi the day it opened! LOL
