Hi Adill,
I agree that the movie was true to life for immigrant who try to assimilate into the USA. I've heard the book was even more powerful. I guess I need to put it on the list of things to read someday.

Wow, amazing to still be getting responses to some of these topics years after they were started. Though, it's good to see other people enjoying this film as much as I did. Ben Kingsley really is a fantastic actor.
